AwayFind not working

I have not received notifications of my filtered e-mails for the past day. I set up a test filter, but that does not work either.

The system was working perfectly before, but it did not notify me of several work related messages.

Sorry about that, Stephen. A handful of our accounts were not checking email, but it's all back up and running. We would've gotten to this much sooner but the snowstorm had us in transit at the time when you posted and it took longer than usual to catch.

Before we exit private beta, we hope we won't run into these kinds of issues anymore, of course!

It's still not working for me, actually. I set up a test filter that should send me a notification if I get any e-mail from one particular account. I tested it this morning, and I didn't get anything.

Hi Stephen,

Looking at your account from our admin view there may be a problem with one of the email settings. Could you message us at support@awayfind.com letting us know exactly which filter isn't working for you, and for which email account of yours you're testing it with?

Hi PR,

We had a server migration last night so things were temporarily down for a few hours, but all should be working now. Could you email us an example of an email that was supposed to trigger an alert but didn't? We're at support@awayfind.com. We'll need to know your account information and whether you're using iPhone, Android, or SMS to receive alerts, as well.

The problem is that since I have setup account before migration, nothing is being triggered :-) - I did send you email again to support
