Hi Robert,

Would you mind sharing what's happening when you go to your Timeline? Does it simply get stuck on "Loading..." or are you seeing a limited list, or something else?

OK, I udated the phone OS on sunday and since then the app does not give me the option to load my historical time line and it keeps asking me to sign in every time I want to save a reading, I have unistalled and reinstalled til I am blue in the face, it is just not working correctly with the new OS!

I hope it isn't! We're working hard to figure out what is going wrong. This problem has presented itself with other users, so you're not alone--we'll have it back up and running ASAP.

Well here I am again wasting time writing this email so if this is not a waste of time I do not know what is. Yes you have similer problems and from what I can see it has been ongoing for over 15 days so I do not hold out to much hope of a quick fix.
So heres a plan, Just give me my money back so I do not have to waste any more time here as I do have another life to live.

Heres the problem, its 8am and I am at work doing this "stuff" when I should be working.
I am 55 years old and I get fed paying good money just to BETA test every product that I buy. I do not have an Iphone and never would have one, for you info again I have a HTC Sentation with Beats Audio running a 64gb Micro SD card which make this particular piece of hardware far supior to any Iphone.

Thats interesting to know that the Itunes store does not have a refund policy.
Another good reason not to be an Iphone Lemming!

Robert, can you give me the time and date of your last measurement? We're running tests on our servers to see traffic about what the problem might be. We'll also be able to check on your historical data at that time.

Hi, I have just aquired a samsung gt-s5830 and instgalled the app and it works fine even loads my historical data back to february this year. still no go on my htc sensation xe.

I have the same problem as that described above. I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 running Android 4.x
I bought the Pro version of the HR monitor so that I could access more than 5 items in my timeline. The advertisements are now gone but I still see only 5 items on the timeline. When I log in to my Azumio account it just repeats the same page and invites me to sign into my azumio account all over again.

I can confirm that I am now fixed and historical time line loaded ok, thanks.
How ever I cant quite believe it has taken nearly 3 months to fix this, however its done now so lets move on, so how about the free gift that you kindly offered?

well my problem is still there on the IOS6 on an iPhone 5. it keeps telling me I need to be connected to the Internet. which I'm Cleary sending this message from. also when trying to access the chart I'm getting an error message.

Nathan, please go to the settings tab, scroll to the bottom and press tech support.
This will send me the last 10 logs so I can diagnose the problem.

In the email:
1. add Attention John
2. cut and paste in your get satisfaction posting.
