I’m frustrated

"Local" customer service??

I find the decision to outsource the entire customer service operation to some call center in the Phillipines to be a major source of frustration & irritation. Spent over 4 hours yesterday trying to get the Sunday Sun delivered - only to be continually reassured by some well-intentioned rep in the Phillipines that the paper "was being delivered." Get serious!! (Didn't receive today's paper either.)
