Customer Satisfaction won't satisfy

I’m writing to you out of desperation- I don’t know whether you can help this situation but I don’t know where else to turn. I am in charge of a credit card at the University Library where I work. I use it to pay our Sun subscription, among many other things. The Sun took a payment of $48.36 from the credit card for subscription services on April 23. I need a receipt for this transaction for our Business Office to balance my account. Actually, I needed it yesterday. After three phone calls and an email I have gotten a lot of promises but no follow up. Is there anyone else that I can refer this to?
