Frustrated!!!!

I tried without success to enter a vacation stop online. I was asked for my email address and password countless times. Finally gave up and called your automated line. Do not understand why it was so difficult and why I was referred to Facebook to connect--That didn't work either.. Why not a direct link to your website? Extremely frustrating experience! You should know.
