I’m confused

UUUUUUG!

Trying to pay bill on line...can not find balance...paper has been stopped...why wasn't a bill placed in my last paper?...was on EZ pay...old credit card was compromised...had to get new card...have changed info in computer...please respond...Beverly C Raspa 319 Pertch Road 21146...brasp@jhmi.edu
