I’m frustrated, angry

Weekender Won't stop coming!

Ok, I've called several time now over the past few months to get you to stop sending this paper. It piles up, and sends the message that I am not home. I've talked to supervisors, and plenty of representatives about this, but now they are hanging up on me and ignoring my pleas.

How much effort is there to getting the Weekender to stop being delivered? Please, for the love of GOD, stop sending this my way. I've noticed other people with similar problems, so perhaps someone at the Sun actually cares about customer service???

Please inform me on how to rid my property of this annoying paper...

We apologize the Weekender is still coming to your address. I can understand your frustration. Would you be willing to send me your information? I will contact the Director of Distribution and our Circulation Operation manager to resolve this issue.

We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

  • Brenda.

I just received another piece of crap weekender. I take it that you and Baltimore Sun don't care about people in general?

Who do I "ACTUALLY" have to speak with to stop getting this "F*****G" paper??!!?

I am starting to get paranoid at the fact that I may never be able to trust your company to do the right thing.

I know that it isn't important to you, and that I'm just another dick out here that doesn't matter to Baltimore Sun, but if you can't try and take care of this issue, I will be bringing your name, and anyone else to any lawyer that can help make this stop.

WTF? How hard is it to actually cancel this abuse of paper?

    Hello Brenda,
I hope you still work here, and will be able to assist me, yet again, to stop this paper from coming to my home.

I received another delivery today, and immediately called (888-539-1280) and spoke to a representative. I was EXTREMELY clear that they better stop this paper. I travel, and do not like to come home to seeing these papers on my yard. I now have a security system, which I need because someone tried to break into my home. If I'm able to prove that the cause is because Baltimore Sun is putting junk papers on my lawn and making it appear that I am away, then you know that I will sue at this point.

This is you LAST CHANCE to make a change to how your system works. You apparently have made some changes for these papers to be coming back into our neighborhood, so you will have to ensure that it gets resolved. I will be away again starting next month, so it better be cleared up before then.

    Regards,
    John Dillon

  • Mr. Dillon

I am truly sorry the Weekender started coming again. I will follow up with our distribution team and the Circulation Operation Manager to cease the delivery here.

    Again I am truly sorry.
