Activity is being processed - FIXED!

When uploading to Boardmaker Online, the system first uploads the files, opens each one and converts it to the proper format, then is goes through the activity page by page and button by button and extracts thumbnail images and media for quick retrieval. This last part we call "Processing the file" and in some instances it never completed. These files would be indicated by a blue banner with an exclamation point.



If you tried to play the activity you would get an error message saying that the system is still being processed.

This issue has been resolved.
