Copying Pages into New Projects (BMS)

I created a project in Boardmaker Studio with 40+ pages. I now want to take one or two pages and import them into a new project. Is there a way to do this? I did try to copy the page by right clicking but it would not let me paste it in a new project.

  • Yes there is a way to do this!

    1) First, create the new project either from a blank project or from a template.

    2) Right-click on the name of the project at the top of the project panel on the left and choose Import > Import from another project...

    3) Pick the project file you want to import from and it will display a list of all the pages in that project.

4a) You can select a single page to import by clicking on it and selecting OK.

    OR

4b) You can select the name of the project at the top of that list and click OK and it will import ALL of the pages into the new project. If you only want to import 3 or 4 pages, it may still make sense to import them all, then just delete out the ones you don't need. You can also drag the pages around in the project to put them in any order you like.
