Downgraded my account and won't let me upgrade

My account has been downgraded to community account from professionals account. When I try to re-subscribe and fill in my card details again it says I'm not able to upgrade as I already have an active account. I've emailed support but no response as of yet. I could do with access to my resources as soon as possible really. has this happened to anyone else or is there anyone that can help me troubleshoot it? thanks
