Error Playing Activities (Solution)

We recently moved our Boardmaker Online site to a new cloud hosting operator. Some customers have experienced issues with crashes when trying to play activities. This happens when your access to one of the new servers is blocked. You can check if that’s the problem by going to the computer that is having the problem playing activities and clicking on this link (or type it in) http://bmoservices.canadacentral.cloudapp.azure.com:81/

If you do NOT see a Microsoft web page, then you need to ask your IT department to whitelist http://bmoservices.canadacentral.cloudapp.azure.com:81/
