I’m frustrated

Available dates not showing

I am uploading all my courses for 2017 but my two day kids camps are only showing three dates to book on-line instead of six despite having been added to the booking-live system. Could you please resolve this. Thank you.

Thank you for raising this topic, I have been able to reproduce your issue with the schedules and will need to raise this with our development team for further investigation.

Looking at your schedules, I can see that you have a large amount of cancelled schedules for Kids Camp.

In your version of the booking Live software, there is a limit to the amount of schedules to show on the booking screen, these Cancelled schedules are included in the count for this limit.

Therefore, there is a few options to fix this, either you can wait for the schedules to pass and so show the newer schedules.
You can update the dates of the cancelled schedules to dates in the past, so they are not included in the booking screen limit.
Or a final option which could take some time, I could see if it would be possible to book in one of our developers to look at increasing the limit.

I would recommend the 2nd option where you open Admin > Data Settings > Schedules > search for the Kids Clubs schedules newer than today and adjust the cancelled schedules to dates in the past.

Please could you confirm if this answers your query.

    Kind Regards
