To change your Adobe ID in Adobe Digital Editions:

Open Adobe Digital Editions if it is not already open. Select the Library view. Hold down Ctrl+Shift+D and Deauthorize your computer. When finished, Adobe Digital Editions will close.

Reopen Adobe Digital Editions and run through the setup assistant and enter the correct Adobe ID and password.

If you have updated and entered the correct Adobe ID, the titles associated with this Adobe ID will now be viewable.

My eReader shows my pooks but when i try to read them it says: "This document is protected by Adobe Digetal Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID. Please sign in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again." I created a whole new account but it still says the same thing

Reilly,

Hard to say what that would be about without knowing what your reader device is, what the books are, how they were downloaded, etc. If you haven't sent a help request to our support team yet you may want to do so. You can email support@booksonboard.com, or use the help request submission form found here: http://www.booksonboard.com/index.php...
