I'm sorry to hear this, unfortunately I don't have any info who you are or what this problem is about, so I'm unable to address the issue here until I get more details. If you didn't get our auto-response back when you first emailed then it's possible your message wasn't sent to the right address. Please try emailing us again at support@booksonboard.com, or use the help request form here: http://www.booksonboard.com/index.php...

Or if you can give more specifics about the issue here I can check into it as well.

    Hi Robert,

After reviewing our email records for a bit, I believe I may have figured out what went wrong. Is your username Hatter? If so, there is a spelling typo in the email you have registered on our site. We did receive your help request but our system was unable to respond because of this typo, our emails kept bouncing back as undeliverable. To correct this, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to http://www.booksonboard.com and log in with your username and password.
    2. Click "My Account".
    3. Click "My Profile".
    4. Input your correct email address in the appropriate area.
    5. Click "Save Changes".

If I have the wrong Robert, please disregard this.
