I would like to thank Breville for completely blowing me up as a customer. I have a few Breville products already; including a Bad Brew coffee maker. Absolutely superior products UNTIL the Bad Brew (this will show you that one bad product can cost you everything). It has been the worst consumer product I have ever purchased (three bad ones so far). I've called and tried to find resolution with no reasonable one found.
Your products have high costs associated with superior goods. When they perform like junk you should consider treating your customers right and owning up to the disaster you created. We are not your R&D department and we surely do not deserve to be out all the efforts to make things right on your behalf.
Thank you for stopping my hemorrhaging, I will never buy another one of your products ever again.
