UPS Shipping Estimate is wrong.

UPS Shipping estimate through BrilliantRetail is not correct and different than the one on the UPS web site.

One thing I would like to point out is that there does seem to be $2.00 difference or so between the site and concerning delivering to a residential address, but it is not an exact amount. But might have something to do with it.

Also, on the UPS site there is a place to "Request Production Access" is this something I need to do? and if so how should I go about it.

I need to fix this problem ASAP.
