Some kind of Scam??!! - money spent unintentionally

My grandson was playing your game, a window popped up while he was playing and with in a blink it closed and I was charged $100 for credits w/my paypal account. No confirm window, nothing. I'm sad to say that I'm not happy and would like any help in fixing this situation. If this is not corrected, I'm going to make sure that everyone knows about it.

Please help us understand the root cause. Did your grandson click the "Add Gold"/"Buy" button, choose Paypal as the method, and not receive a confirmation screen? Or, did the "Buy More Gold!" screen really just pop up on its own, and then close on it's own having purchased the gold? In either case we will get you a refund, but which path is important for us to understand.

I am working with Reita to refund her inadvertent purchase.

In general, Facebook has a process to handle refunds of items you bought.

First, go to the bottom of the Bubble Atlantis application and choose "Report/Contact this App".



Next, choose the bottom option "Dispute an item purchased while playing Bubble Atlantis".



From there you should be able to obtain your refund by clicking on the problem item. Here's a screenshot from my account:

First problem when i clicked to add more lives with my credit it didnt take any credit or give me lives it added credits and charged me without even a confirmation to ask me was i sure i wanted to purchase.......what is this scam game?
Second problem tried over 5 times to add lives with my new credit that I didnt even want and it kept saying successful, took the credit but I got no lives!!!!!!!!!

Am going to advise my friends not to play this is really bad policy. I insist on an immediate refund of the purchases that were done without my consent.

30 mins is way too long for lives if your into the game,,,,charging for lives is a rip off it's a game with no benefits buy purchasing live just to play. I think that's alittle ridiculous...

hey, im very frustrated right now. You have it set up to cost 10 FB credits for one of the power up balls. I acidentally clicked on it because game was acting up and going slow. And now my hard earned credits are gone. This happened the first time i ever played the game and was still in the toturail. This makes it so i would never want to play the game again because its so easy to lose my credits when i dont want to. Is there any way for me to get them back? I have not used the ball and stopped playing it right away. I look forward to your promt reply thank you.

why do you take payment without a chance to cancel you have done this twice . You don't even show how much it costs and where did you get my details from. I have never given them or permission for you to use them
