CHECKOUT Issues/Payment Prompt Problems

When a customer tries to make the purchase and clicks on the "check out" button cartfly or amazon is giving this: Error Message: •The recipient email does not correspond to an Amazon Payments Business account with a verified email address and credit card.

Please help!!
