How do I preserve my web address when web host is no help and website is down?

My website (www.bioresonance.org) is not coming up, and it's hosted by imagelinkusa.net, and their responses are not helping. I checked the internet, and there are reams of negative posts about imagelink. So, should I start over from scratch? What about my web address which has been advertised for years, including the most recent Insight Directory?

Hi Pamela -

Thanks for asking! I suggest that you:

1) Find out where you purchased/registered your domain name (bioresonance.org) and ask Customer Service to put up a "under construction" page.

2) Then sign up with web hosting at Dreamhost

3) Then go back to where your domain name was registered and get the nameservers (DNS settings) to point to Dreamhost (ns1.dreamhost.com, ns2.dreamhost.com and ns3.dreamhost.com)

4) Then install Wordpress or hire me to do it for you. See my installation packages here: http://www.catswebweave.com/purchase-...

Once you get your new Wordpress site running, all will be well.

If you need further assistance, you can purchase consulting hours with me here:

Best,
