Samsung Galaxy Note, no warranty?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note with Celcom package during the launching (11/11/11) at Queensbay Mall but until now still have not received the e-warranty for the phone. I have check with Samsung Malaysia and they say the re-seller should submit the warranty for customer. I have called the number on the receipt (MCD Networks Sdn Bhd) but they keeps on dilly dallying. Please Celcom take a look at your exclusive partners who is using your brand name during the launching. Their irresponsibility act will tarnish your reputation. I want my e-warranty before something bad happen to my phone.
