Add support for markdown-syntax links/urls:

[Title](http://some.url)

Yes, I'm aware cheatsheets are supposed to be printed to PDF but it would REALLY be useful for the online copy.

Hi Dean.

I've relented :).

I've added a system to let you link a piece of content to a URL, either normally or in a popup. The format is like this:

{{popup="http://..."}}
{{link="http://..."}}

The extra information a popup can provide is so useful, I can't not have them. And in the PDF the link remains usable. Until it's printed, at least.

I've modified a couple of my own cheat sheets to include popup information. These might be the best examples - man page popups:
