An obvious way to check support tickets.

A clear way to check support cases.
ClearDB was excellent in helping me with a problem via their support case system, however, I can't get back to the ticket and see if there is anything left to resolve / any info on how to proceed next.
There might be a "closed and running support tickets" page, but I can't find it.
