  • Hello,

Java must be installed before attempting the steps below! Free Java Download

The following link from Apple Support explains why this is happening and how to fix it: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5290

To fix this issue please do the following:

    • Go to www.clinicserver.com/download

    • Download the Computer App

    • Make sure you SAVE the file

    • Click the downloads folder button in the top right corner of your browser (Arrow pointing down)

    • Look for the file: csregistry.jnlp

    • Click the Magnifying Glass to the right of "csregistry.jnlp"

    • This opens another window (the Finder)

    • [Control + Click] on the file "csregistry.jnlp" (right click)

    • Click Open

    • Click OK
