Application notifications have stopped

Our New Members Secretary was surprised to see 10 applications queued up over the last couple of months....because none of the 4 application handlers had received any notification emails. Please help! We didn't change any of our set-up so I suspect a change in club buzz software has caused this - maybe when the Sex/Age filters got added?.

Note that we are all set up with e Sport of "All". I tried to update my profile to the sport of "Tennis" but when I click Update and then refresh the page my set-up still says "All". Does "All" cover all sports configured on one's site?

Ben, can you email me support@clubbuzz.co.uk with your club name and who should be receiving the emails. I will then send a test enquiry and follow up to see what is happening.

Hi Sarah,

I deleted all Application Handlers and added them again and the test notification worked - so yes I think it is now resolved. Thanks for your help.
