Bad email address

How can the system be made to report a non -existent (bounced) email address - as received when sent from a personal address? We’ve had problems of non receipt of broadcasted emails without the club admin realising it - usually caused by one wrong character in an address.

Hi Brian,
If you go to Reports/Email Reports, you’ve got the choice of Sent emails and Failed emails via a drop-down. The second one should give you what you want.

It’s under Reports/Email Reports rather than Reports/Member Reports or Communicate/Email.

Hi Brian,
I think you need to contact ClubBuzz Support as we're both on the Gold Package. We use the Club Life mode rather than Team mode but I wouldn't expect that to make any difference to the reporting.

When I go to Reports, down the left hand side I see:-
