Hi David,

We currently have a report for failed emails, which I believe should help you out. If you go to <Reports>, Email reports, then change the report to 'Failed emails', that should sort you out. I've attached a screenshot for reference.

The email report failed details "emails with incorrect email addresses".

The email report details emails sent ... but not all our members are receiving the emails with attachment from clubbuzz ... despite report stating email had been sent.

Need new report which states email sent but details failure at the email vendor too deliver.

Any update ..? Clubbuzz reports state email with attachment sent ... yet several members with correct email addresses do not receive the email!

Hi David

We believe this is because the members in question have been added to a "suppressions" list with our email provider, Sendgrid. (This usually happens if lots of emails to them have bounced).

If they're on this list, we'll reset them this afternoon and let you know.

Hi David - sorry for the delay, we've only just heard back. The members have been removed from the suppression list. (one had marked the emails as spam, and the other had bounced a lot of times previously)

Both members now receive emails post removal from suppression list ... thankyou.

Several other members report not receiving campaign email with attachment. No errors reported in email fail report .. users listed under send email report.

Sent seperate email too admin detailing names of users impacted ... any updates to this problem?

Hi David - we've made a further request to SendGrid to remove these additional users from the suppressions list. We're hoping for a resolution tomorrow morning.

Problem for me is that I do not know which club members are listed under this suppression list !!!

No errors are reported in the email failures report ... only members are known with non receipt email problems who verbally complain to me of not receiving club emails.

Can I access this sendgrid suppression list or a new Clubbuzz report produced which details members listed in suppression!

Hi David,

We've spoken to Sendgrid, and the mailboxes for these users' mailboxes are returning 'delivered' responses. Have these users checked their junk mail?
