Can't delete member - inconsistency

Club Buzz is showing a zero balance- but when I do a
transaction report - it shows a balance of -35.07

There appears to be a duplicate transaction on 27/11/18 which isn't
reflected in the recent transactions

It is also reflected in the future commitments which too shows a balance of
-35.07, bit without any additional transactions?

I didn't think this was possible to get the system out of sync.  Can you let me know what I need to do to be able correct this and delete the member.  Thx in advance
