Club Buzz emails

We would like the ability to tailor the standard emails that come out of Club Buzz. Eg the 1st email that goes out to a member, the follow on email when a member has logged in, the statement email notification.

For example, there is reference to payments by PayPal but our club does not want to offer this so we would like to remove this sentence/paragraph.

Also, we have members that pay annually and also family members, where one of the parents pays the bill. Would like the option to say that a Statement email only goes out when there is a balance (non-zero) on their Member Account!

Anyone want to add/support!

We are looking at the non sending of an email when statements are zero

In terms of the other emails not currently on the radar

After this weekend we have set a flag so emails will only be sent to members who owe the club money, Those with zero balance or in credit will not receive the email

Statement Emails being limited to only members with outstanding balance - EXCELLENT. Really does help stop nuisance emails for those members that pay annually! THANKS!!

As of 10/12/14 you will be able to edit system emails and tailor them for your club
