direct debit reporting

Would it be possible to enhance Reports/Financial Reports/Pay DD GoCardless to show members who have cancelled their GoCardless direct debit in ClubBuzz, please?

When members have done this, ClubBuzz doesn't notify GoCardless so the dd mandate is still  active there. The only clue as to what has happened is that the member isn't on the above report but this isn't as satisfactory as having a trail showing when the member actually cancelled the dd.

Hi Alan – thanks for this. Just to confirm, are you saying you want an "audit trail" to show when a direct debit was set up, active, and cancelled?

Hi Callum,
Ideally, that is what we would like to know. At present, we can see when it has been set up, and is active, but we don't know if it has been cancelled so we assume it is still active even though ClubBuzz knows that it isn't and won't try and get payment via the direct debit. 
I don't mind how we do that, whatever is easiest for you, as long as we can get the information.
