Direct Debits stop being taken through gocardless

We have a situation where members direct debits have stopped being taken even though they have been set up correctly, have consistently gone out previously, and they appear on gocardless as live active mandates.

This is happening in pockets of members. Statements go out okay stating that the values will be taken by direct debit but then nothing is taken.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

We think your GoCardless token may have been revoked in the GoCardless dashboard. Can you let me know the club name and we'll make an enquiry. If we need to re-issue the payments we can do these manually.
