Gardian(s) not being cc'd into email

Hello, not too sure if this is a bug, but I assume if a Guardian or more was entered under a junior member, then they would get cc'd as standard on communication emails?

I see there is separately a 'send notification to parent' cc box, but that asks you to re-enter the email address again. 

Should the registered Gardian(s) be cc'd into emails as standard without the need to go to another section (admin only) and enter another email address?

Hi Chris,

Currently it's the "send notification to parent" box that's set up to receive the emails. The guardian section is mainly for safeguarding - so that a club can keep a record of who's "responsible" for their child. 

Having it go to all guardians isn't a bad idea though. Were you thinking of having it go to all guardians as standard, or have it variable (emails to the first listed guardian for example)?

I was thinking it went to all Guardians, (think about separated parents who have to juggle kids Sports life each weekend) 
Even a 'include me in your emails' tick box against each Guardian entry so they can make the choice.  


The "send notification to parent"  box, can more than one email be added in there separated by a comma at all?

Thanks Chris - that makes a lot of sense so we'll look to add that.

In the "send notification to parent" box, you can comma separate the email addresses and it will deliver.
