The emails will go out to the following schedule. These are sent via our system, usually overnight and will be driven by the date you set for renewals. It's therefore important that you set your date so that the first renewals emails go out in plenty of time. e.g. don't set renewal date for 5 days time when you first set up or none of the prior emails will be sent.

Reminders go out:

4 weeks prior to renewal date

2 weeks prior to renewal date

1 week prior to renewal date

1 day after renewal date

1 week after renewal date

4 weeks after renewal date

If a member has not renewed 6 weeks after their renewal date their membership will show as lapsed and they will be excluded from club communications and selection.

The wording is set, example of the one week reminder below

Your registration with XYZ Club is up for renewal in 7 days. Please complete registration by following this link and completing the registration form: http://xyz.clubbuzz.co.uk/registratio... It is important for the club that we have up to date contact and emergency contact information for all our members, that is why we request you re-register on an annual basis. It is important for you to remain a fully registered member as you will continue to have access to the website, receive club communications and where applicable be available for match selections. Alternatively, if you no longer wish to be a member of the club, click here to lapse your membership: http://xyz.clubbuzz.co.uk/registratio... If you have any questions or need help with your registration please contact a member of the Club Committee. Thanks XYZ Club Committee http://xyz.clubbuzz.co.uk/

Many of our members from last year have not renewed but are showing as Late rather than Lapsed. As a result they are still receiving emails. At what stage will their status change to Lapsed?

6 weeks after the registration date, or you can manually deregister them yourself if preferred

Our registration date was 20 January 2014, so more than 6 weeks ago, but the athletes are still showing as Late rather than Lapsed. I realise that we could manually deregister them, but as there are up to 100 people affected we'd rather this was an automated process.

That's odd we will review why they are not showing as lapsed

Shane there was a bug that had prevented the last emails sending, this has been resolved today and you should now be able to view all your lapsed members
