1) The email function is good and adding members is very fluid. Are you considering allowing attachments as this would really add value.
2) The calendar function is a little frustrating and I see there have been many comments on this. I feel it is missing some basic elements that would enhance it greatly:
a) that when you filter or go straight to date, after you have updated an item it returns you to that filter/date again
b) when creating an event you can select people and email from the calendar
c) when you select go to date and returns events on that date that you have an opportunity to delete one/multi events directly from this page (tick box & delete button)
d) calendar could accept an iCal upload or data from league websites i.e. FA Fulltime
3) Can Team Managers have the ability to add omissions for their teams? An availability page would be great where they can block book ommissions as notified. Members tend to still communicate this info directly to Managers and so would be good that they can update.
4) Can Sport Qualifications be added to the Members details so we can store FA qualifications as well as items such as Child Welfare exams, First Aid etc..

I think the website is great and I am actively trying to encourage more of my Club to use it frequently. I think these suggestions above make it easier for Managers to interact with the site and they in turn will encourage their players/parents to use.

We are considering adding attachments to a members record.

Calendar is something that we will continue to work at

Ommissions, an idea we will take a look at as this makes a lot of sense

You can add custom fields to member records so you could add in fields for First Aid, Welfare etc as requested

Hope this is of help :)

Is there any update to the suggestion to add an attachment to an outgoing email?

Also, is there a way that the email "from" address can be changed so that it will then accept replies.

No we are not able to add attachments to outgoing emails - we use a third party email supplier and this is not achievable

We are looking at the wording of the standard email to make it clear who responses go to but as above we cannot have it to accept replies
