Issues with selection emails

We regularly seem to have delays with selection emails (pretty much every week) so I was wondering whether anyone else also experiences this. It says it had notified the members (blue text) but the email hasn’t gone out and if you look at the selection list it says not notified against each member and it allows you to send notifications again. Is there a queuing issue?

Just sent a test email and that went through no problem. However the selection emails still do not appear to have gone through

The match does not show in any of the members’ profiles either so there is definitely something up with the selection process.

Hi Jo – I agree.

We've picked up an issue on your site with our system scheduler. We're fixing this now - I'll post on here once it's all sorted.

In the meantime, can you create me as a member with Super User access using support@clubbuzz.co.uk? It'll let me see your site exactly as you do.

Thanks Jo - most of the notifications are sending and have cleared. We’re going to keep and eye on this though and make any changes we need.
