Hello ClubBuzz, is there life after Sarah? I'm concerned to see little or no responses from ClubBuzz since Sarah's departure on this site?

I was thinking the very same Chris, I don’t have any current issues with the system, but have seen some that do with little support. We had the big announcement but then nothing? None of the “exciting’ updates that were promised.

What’s your plans Cellan ? It’s gone very quiet and the silence is a little worrying!

Hi both - completely understand. September with the start of the hockey Eason is always the busiest time of year, so it’s been all hands on deck getting everything sorted.

We’re currently in the process of making a new support site (which, one done will be available at community.clubbuzz.co.uk), the idea being that we want to integrate the support site directly with the main clubbuzz system, so you don’t have to leave your site.

We’ve recently tested the first site migrations to ClubBuzz 2. As you can imagine, this takes an awful lot of time. At the moment we’re making sure that the GoCardless and Stripe integrations are done right.

If you need anything, drop me an email at cellan@clubbuzz.co.uk, or give myself or the team a call on 0115 697 1499, and we’ll be happy to talk it all though.

In the meantime, take a look at https://www.worldclass.hockey - this is one of the coaching arms of Beeston HC, and runs on a development version of ClubBuzz 2 in Wordpress.

Hi Cellan,

Thank you for the update, its good to know things are progressing well, and yes a busy time for all sports clubs, so I fully understand.

I have passed your details on to our registration secretary who works with clubbuzz on an almost daily basis.

Kind Regards

Steve
