Hi all,

As we start activating the beta sites in ClubBuzz 2 (many are already set up and going), we're moving to an all new customer support site which we've built ourselves. For those of you using ClubBuzz 2, this will be embedded directly into the admin part of your site, and will come with an all-new live chat feature.

Why are we doing this?

We've been running the ClubBuzz community on this site since 2010, and it's been a really valuable resource for common questions - this is exactly what we're going to continue to keep. But, the site isn't part of ClubBuzz itself, you need to register a new account for this site, and it isn't part of your ClubBuzz site. A lot of the time, this also means that emails and questions on the support site are duplicated. This is mainly a tidying up exercise.

For everyone using the original ClubBuzz, we'll be sending details across this week about how to access the new support site.

We'll be winding down this site at the end of this week, and we'll be sending details across to all of our registered users between today and Wednesday.
