Open up for mobile app

hi, is frustrating at present as I have to log match details in the website and then use another tool (teamStuff) to manage attendence. The reason for this is that I get near 100% success on responses using their android/ios app whereas I was getting less than 50% responses using the email on clubbuzz. Thinking out loud here, if you do not want to develop an app could you open up an API that an app developer could utilise? Generally would be read only as it simply presents data (upcoming training/matches) but probably with access to a method for updating availability?

Jon this is an area we do hope to look at in the future, can you clarify though is it the match selection notification that you want us to look at or the actual marking/recording of actual attendance at matches or a bit of both

Hi, sorry bad requirements here :)

I was just envisaging that:

1) I would continue to create games in web
2) I envisage the team members have the app that can:
a) show upcoming training/games (simple list view; date, type (training or game), opposition, meet time)
b) drill down on games to show more detail (location, start/end, notes...)
3) Within the drill down the user would then be able to:
a) accept the game (would be good if this had option then to link to native calendar i.e.adds event to say Google cal)
b) decline the game - when this happens they should be able to state reason. This will then reflect in the availability for game in website

There should be push notifications:

a) to chase user to confirm if available for game
b) to remind user of the upcoming game

I think a Team Manager app would be great so could do the updating of actual attendees but this is a longer term thing as far as I am concerned :)
