Players to agree with club policy

Will there be an option to have players to tick a box when they join the club or existing members to be able to confirm that they have read the club conduct policy and abide by it and this check to be there going forward?

Good news, in our registrations module planned to be launched end of the month in Gold players when registering or re-registering can be asked to agree to club terms and conditions which the club can upload to the website - so yes this will be available to gold subscribers

Morning Sarah,

Many thanks for this change to be implemented - appreciated

I see this has been applied and implemented as checked last night and applied for the club today - following observed:-
As the main super user when you apply the settings - at the top says registraion has expired please renew and when you click on the link the following message is displayed:-

Member not found
Ooops! We can't find the details of the member you are trying to register. This obviously wasn't meant to happen.

If you clicked the link in your registration email, try copy and pasting the full link instead.

Question - if you edit the registration setiing the document attached has to be reattached as the original path uploaded is not there - is that correct??

How do i get all the members already in the system to do the registrations - would i have to reinvite them all to join the club or will the date of registration will then mail the accordingly ( if so then will have to set the registration due date to be this month).

Thanks
Kishor

Can you just clarify the dates you have set for registrations so we can take a look a the broken link - also assume it was you logging in.

In terms of the rest the members will start to receive reminder emails 4 weeks before registrations are due (if the period you have set is less than 4 weeks they will receive the 2 week renewal or 1 week renewal emails). You do not need to reinvite members they will automatically receive the emails

I don't understand the question reference the document you have uploaded, when a member goes to the registration screen the document will appear on the final screen for them to agree to?

Sarah,

The date i set was September 15th.

Ok forget about the document as have just tested it without filling in the box and the document still resides there so do not have to upload it everytime one edits the registry setting.

Kishor, as a member you wouldn't get to see the club tab under which the registration set up resides. Please can you recheck your login as it sounds like you are still logged in as a superuser

When you are logged in can you check the name you are logged in as - then as a superuser go back into that name and check what roles you have

Hi Sarah,

Logged in as kishorshah and checked my profile - member role only and had the registration option available for edit and update

Logged out and in as super user and checked kishorshah and only member role given

This morning i got another club member with only member role and in their profile the registration module is available for edit and update - so it looks at present this new registration module is available to all and not just the club administrator.

Thanks
Kishor

Thanks Sarah - just checked and the option on a member with member profile now does not have this registration module.

I am assuming the email notification is automatic upon the Registration Due Date set - now will the system email all members including those that are in archive status or lapsed members??

Thanks
Kishor

Hi Sarah,

Please can you check why only the super user is being notified for registration review insated of all club members.

Your club registration has expired. To retain your membership, please complete registration.

The above is displayed for the super user.

Thanks Kishor

The main club superuser is treated slightly differently from all other members - once the member receives their first email reminder they should then also see the reregister message when they login

Well i do not think the superuser should need to reregister - should only apply to club members - i have just logged on as my username and i do not get this notification - so looks like the is only aimed at the super user and not the general member

Kishor members will start to see this notification once the cycle of email prompts starts, because you have set this up less than 6 weeks in advance your members have missed the first reminder email. Please bear with the system and you will see it take it's natural course after the first reminder emails are sent to members

Morning Sarah,

The 1 week lapse period notification worked last night at 2358 for my member id and also for the super user.

All fields tested and working as required so excellent news - all members will be notified to update their member profie.

Should the super user alse be notified????

Thanks
Kishor
