Querying a charge in members account

Is it possible for a member to query a charge in their own account?

It appears I can create queries on other member accounts (through the financial tab), but not my own (through the my account tab).

Also, Could the Queried Charges report be modified please? - A link to the item itself, or (even better) the resolve query link would be a big improvement

A member can't query an item, this is because once an item is put in query it is removed from their statement and as such the club may not collect the fees.  We felt that clubs would rather be in control of this situation to prevent any member querying any item...welcome feedback from others if that is not the case

In terms of reports,no immediate plans to upgrade the reports but we will bear your comments in mind when we do review the financial reports next year

I think from my perspective I would prefer the member to raise the query, then the treasurer to resolve it.

Right now it feels like it was designed to work like this - as the Query / Resolve is a 2 step process - and the treasurer has to perform both steps - presumably after receiving a request from the member.

We're in the middle of our first year using the gold package. My immediate reaction to this is that allowing members to query the transaction would make the communication with the Treasurer somewhat smoother than using email. So I would support it.

I would also support this change. I had actually thought this was how it was going to work. So if this can go on the development backlog that would be great.
