1. Forwardemail .com is not used by the club at all to receive emails. As far as I am aware, ClubBuzz uses sendgrid to send the outbound emails. So this comment is not relevant.
2. The reference to the 33 invalid addressed is true, but not related to the problem we are reporting. To repeat, the problem is that the recipient will receive one email, but not the next.
ClubBuzz promised a report. I quote the email "
We've conducted an assessment of email delivery on your domain and we've tested this with an external tool, as internal we couldn't work out the reason.
We're turning the report into a readable format (rather than
programmatic form), and we'll send this across"
