We have now got over 300 members on our list - about half are single child families. Do we only have to set up rebate groups for families with 2 or more children? I'm not sure how this relates to collecting payments from single child families.
You would need a rebate group for each type of family e.g. 1 adult 1 child, 1 adult 2 children or alternatively you can set up a junior category with a reduced or zero fee assigned which can be applied to children who are part of a larger family group so that for example the junior category fee is applied to the first child and then the family junior fee is charged to all other children in that family (I hope I have explained that clearly??)
So just a single child in the club (parents don't play) wouldn't need a rebate group? I know it sounds an odd question but I'm not sure how the payments side works for these people? Must there be a rebate group for a single child to make payments through the accounts system?
