Selection mails recording incorrect responses

A number of teams / individuals from the club are reporting that they have accepted / rejected matches, but clubbuzz isnt recording the response. 

Please can you advise if this might have been part of last weeks notification issues?

Hi Nick – we haven't had this reported in any recent releases, and we can't recreate this at our end.

However, can you let me know the affected teams / members and we'll take a look.

Mens 2 - [removed by admin] (5th name down on selection) and [removed by admin] (7th name down on selection) are the best examples and are probably at the more trustworthy end of replying. Thanks, Nick

Hi Nick, we've got the timestamps for their responses. Do you know which devices / browsers they were using? (Annoying to ask, but it does help us narrow stuff down)

No worries - "MC" was WIndows 10 / Chrome and "RC" was IPhone X with what he thinks is iOS 13

We have one member in one team that gets a decline the first time he clicks accept every week.

We had similar last year - it was suggested it was his work server firewall
