GroupBuzz: Service Standards - Stripe payments not reconciling

Admin note: Stripe payments are currently delayed on GroupBuzz sites. We're clearing this backlog, and then all payments will appear in the GroupBuzz dashboard. Apologies for the delay.

I don't really like using this space to complain but I've tried emailing (regarding a problem we are having with Stripe payments remaining as pending and not showing up in transaction reports) and have not had so much as an acknowledgement, so I don't know what else to do.

The GroupBuzz/ClubBuzz social media channels haven't been updated for ages as far as I can see.  It's almost as if someone is running things in their spare time!   Does GroupBuzz/ClubBuzz have service standards or target response times to customer questions?  As paying customers we expect some level of customer care.

Our Club has been using GroupBuzz for a couple of years now, and find it quite clunky and not particularly user-friendly for either Club Administrators or members.  This wouldn't be so bad if help and support were readily at hand, but this does not seem to be the case.  Such a shame because it could be so good.

Hi Lucinda – thanks for the message. The request for the Stripe query came late on a Friday, obviously we work through the support requests as fast as we can. But we've emailed separately in regards to this. (This was to do with the payments on the front page of the website - which we've replied to separately)
