Perfect. Only now I've created my account, and the username / password combination I gave will not allow me to log in. I even tried the lost password process, reset the password, and STILL cannot log in.

You guys sure this is ready for production? We all appreciate a nice free tool, so don't take this as a complaint, but dang, three problems before even logging in for the first time?

My account is http://apexcctv.bananascrum.com/ if you care to dig into it. I also used my email address, eric@apexcctv.com to register as my login. Perhaps it does not like having the email address be the same as the login? But then, If that is the case, it should not allow me to enter that on the registration screen.

Did you receive the confirmation email ? If not please check your spam folder.

Banana Scrum is on a production for a long long time and it works with many satisfied users. We believe it is ready for production and many can confirm that.

The last problem you reported with broken link had nothing to do with the tool itself ... after the latest release, when some parts of URLs structure changed, we simply didn't introduce one simple change on our website and of course we are glad you reported it.

If you haven't received confirmation email and it turns out it is due to a spam filter then it will be the second thing that is not connected with the application.

So let's keep in touch and hope once you log in it will be all down the hill.

If you did receive confirmation email then let us know and then we will be searching deeper.

To Re-Iterate:

1) I registered using the form provided.
2) I recieved the account activation link in my email.
3) I clicked the link.
4) I attempted to login using the username and password I provided during registration, with no success.
5) I confirmed that I was using the correct information, as I always write down usernames and passwords.
6) I attempted to login again. It failed.
7) I used the "Forgot your password?" link just in case I really was using the wrong username or password.
8) I got the email with a link to update my password.
9) I updated my password.
10) I attempted to login again, but the site still will not log me in correctly.

Thank you for such precise description. We will check your account and get back to you shortly. It's 10pm here so developers will take care of that tomorrow in the morning.
