Timepost time lost during computer crashes

This is part problem/part suggestion. I find it an inconvenience that if my computer crashes, I lose all the time in TimePost that hasn't been uploaded. I usually upload my time to the online timetracking account that I have one per day. So I have to try to recreate my time for the day which may cover 10-15 projects.

Can't Timepost store this time in place other then RAM? Seems like it would be easy to place any stopped time in temporary location.

I just had this exact same problem last night - a power cut before I could post to Basecamp. Not only were my time records gone but Timepost somehow was showing an older set of timers. I tried restoring the application and Projects.plist and Timepost.db from Time Machine from earlier this morning, but I can't get it back. Really frustrating!

Wow, one year ago. I've actually been hit with this a couple times. As a developer, I'm constantly doing things to my machine that might force me to do a hard shutoff of the computer. Having to "post early, post often" reminds me of the old Windows 95 days using MS Word.. not a pleasant memory. I shouldn't have to think about my tool so much.

Wow, 2 years ago, hehe. Yes this is frustrating. Looking for alternatives (using with basecamp). But most of them are also crappy. But I will resist paying to a developer who abandoned his customers!!!
