FUCK COMCAST

Piece of Shit Comcast!!
-Ever since the "switch" to analog, which i have a digital 300 preferred or whatever bullshit package with HD, DVR, Internet and so on. Ever since the switch which shouldnt have affected me, my cable cuts in and out and my guide is unavailable all the time. The asshole comcast people when I call, try to hit me with their known scam of "service protection plan" because we are supposed to make sure we pay for their shit not working. Im so done with you assholes, and you should be in prison. I will be switching to UVERSE very soon unless something is done asap. I have had nothing but problems and believe me that you will be losing a lot of business with me telling and talking to everyone I know about this.

  • Yea comcast is a POS. I just moved to south Florida from Chicago and all the comcast employees down here can sucks a dick and die slowly!First of all I had to wait 3 extra weeks for my service to get connected because the first technician never even bothered to stop by and try to connect because as it turns out techs do not like having to set up alarm services and it was suppose to be an all day thing. When I called about what the hell was going on I had two different managers tell me they were going to call me back and never did. In fact, they never even put it in the system that I called and still wanted my service. 3 weeks later I got my service conncected and two days later my house got broken into and robbed, with this alarm service. I got a TEXT MESSAGE, 2 minutes after my alarm had been going off because for some reason the guy had all the doors put on a 2 MINUTE DELAY! So I read the text message, and had to call Comcast, then I was put on hold and transfered for 6 MINUTES & then they asked if I wanted a dispatcher! WTF! I ended up returning all the equipment and these dumb uneducated motherfuckers never put two and two together to cancel my service! On top of that I had there POS alarm service that my house got robbed within two days of getting it connected and they put me on hold when I WAS THE ONE THAT HAD TO CALL TO SEND A DISPATCHER OVER THERE! I returned all of it within 60 days even 30 days of the alarm service and because they didnt cancel my service I have POS creditors calling because there is an outstanding balance of $1309.00 and I had my service for less than two months. Not to mention my first bill was over $300 and I was promised a package of $130 with free installation for the alarm service! I called and called the comcast numbers and I actually had two UNEDUCATEd MOTHERFUCKERS hang up on me even the supervisor! Promises to call back which of course never happened! I AM SORRY THAT ANY ONE CAN GET A JOB WITH COMCAST THESE DAYS. I SWITCHed To UVERSE IMMEDIATELY! I wish there was some way to get these assholes back. I Hate comcast with everything I have and I will NEVER get comcast again and I will recommend AT&T to everyone from now on! Now I have a ridiculous bill of $1300.. for a cable company??Are you fricken kidding me? Who the fuck in their right mind would EVER right a check to a cable company for $1300 when there are hospital bills that most people cannot even pay for! & if anyone comes to my house and tries to get me to switch over to PIECE OF SHIT COMCAST, that will be the last of them. I am over the point of being pissed off with this company to the point where I want to do ANYTHING that I can to get people to switch from comcast, and I can say one thing: Even the technician who came out to connect me, told me that comcast was shitty down here, and for all I know that fat motherfucker could have had my house set up to be robbed. I know these days Comcast hires anyone, and half these people cannot be trusted! It is funny too all the "Customer Service" commercials they have for Comcast! I feel like I should get a lawyer involved because comcast is not about to screw up my credit and I sure as hell am not about to pay $ 1309 for 2 months of service! Like ANYONE can afford that!!!

" oh, well im billing for cable only, ill have to transfer you to billing for internet please hold" guess what, they literally make like 7.00 per call in commission to answer and get you off the line in 350 seconds or less,. no shit. and thats just the tip of the iceburg,
      alright, lets get started, when you call me, in xfinity home, youre talking to a third party vendor, i have accsess to your comcast accnt, i know allll three of comcast billing systems, and i am required to provide service to you for minimum wage, for every single fucking problem you have, but get this, i am limited in what i can do, for instance, you call me and tell me, i want to lower my bill, ( I LITERALLY CANT DO THAT) IF I DO, IM FIRED, IF I MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ACCNT, IT HAS TO RAISE YOUR BILL BY 10 DOLLERS, if you call in and say, i want to cancel my home security system, if you have had it for more than 30 days, guess what, you are getting a $1,320.00 early termination fee on your accnt, and GUESS WHAT, WHEN WE SAY, OH WELL I CAN ESCULATE THIS TO THE BILLING RESOLUTION DEPT AND MAYBE THEY CAN WAIVE IT, OR ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR AND HAVE THEM TELL YOU " OH, WELL ILL ESCUALTE THIS RIGHT NOW AND CALL YOU BACK" it does get written down, but we dont e-mail that shit, fist it waites untill the end of the day, then it goes to a sup, the3y read it, if its past 30 days no matter what, it gets thrown in the trash, they wont even make an effort, oh and get this, lets say that you call, because you are getting charged for xfinity home security and HAVE NEVER HAD IT AT ALL, I MEAN YOU NEVER ORDERED IT, HAD IT INSTALLED OR EVER WANTED IT, but for some reason you have been paying for it, even though you dont have it, guess what, by removing it from your accnt, the billing system automatically puts the ETF early termination fee onto your accnt, EVEN IF YOU NEVER ACTUALLY HAD IT, and guess what, i will esculate that kind of thing, and they do get sent off, but it will literally be 90 buissness days before they will even look at it, for real, and we are REQUIRED BY COMCAST TO TELL YOU " OH, WELL YOULL GET A CALL BACK ABOUT THE RESOLUTION WITHIN 3 TO 5 BUISSNESS DAYS"
      and for those of you thinking of getting xfinity home securty, dont do it, im sure youll call comcast, and when you do, youll ask about the home security, and this is what they say to you, " OHH, WELL THE INSTALL FOR THE PREMIER SYSTEM IS FREE, YOU GET ALL THIS EQUIPMENT AND IT ONLY ADDS $10 A MONTH TO YOUR BILL, well its actually a $399 install, the 49.95 per month and you only get afew pieces of equipment that probably wont even work, but they get away with this lator on when you call in and say, hey, ur comcast sales person told me that the install was free nad its only ten dollers more a month becasue of this little trick,

      any way, getting back to it, lets say, you have phone/cable/internet. and home secutity, you have a quad play, the whole 9 yards, and you are being billed for a cable box you dont have, and you call in to comcast, they say " hello thanks for calling comcast how can i help you" you say" well im being billed for a box i dont have, and i want to lower my bill by getting put into a differant bundle and downgrading my cable service," they say ok, well lets get some info and pull ur accnt up, so you give them your info, and they get ur accnt pulled up, AS SOOOON AS THEY SEE HOME SECURITY, they will either (a) say give me one moment while i research the accnt please hold ( put you on hold) then secretly trasfer you to home security and i mean cold transfer ( cold transfer is where you transfer without giving the person you are transfering to ANY INFO AT ALL) or they'll straight up tell you, " OH, you see you have xfinity home security, so i cant look at ur bill, change your cable service or credit your accnt for any thing because you have home security on it, let me transfer you please hold," then they send you to me, and guessss what, i am PROHIBITED, ABSOLUTLY CANNNN NOTT CAN NOT > CREDIT, DISCONTINUE, REMOVE, DOWNGRADE, CACNEL ANY OF YOUR PHONE/CABLE/INTERNET SERVICES, i can only upgrade your accnt by at least raising your bill by $10.00. see, those comcast ppl, they get commission for sales, and getting you off the ohone in 350 seconds or less, and they make $18 an hour to lietally do one thing in one department, where as i , get paid 7.50 per hour, and i cant, transfer you, i cant, credit or fix your issues, and if it is a problem with home security, i might be a ble tyo help you, but get this, if its billing, comcast prohibits me from being able to see your billing statments or accnt ledger, so, i cant even see what i am suppossed to credit you for, its a rule of comcasts, that if you cant see what needs to be credited, then you DO NOT CREDIT IT, so i cant credit it, if i can see it, guess what, my log in that is provided by comcast to accsess the billing system and get into your accnt, only allows me to credit a total of $20.00 on your accnt, i have a $20.00 limit, and if i even try EVEN TRY TO SURPASS IT, it will either not allow me to do it giving me an error or completly boot me off your accnt and out of the system, or it can even disable my log in. there have been times where my log ins were disabled, they WILLLL NOT give you a new one, and even though i CANT EVEN GET INTO THE BILLING SYSTEMS TO SEE YOUR ACCNT, TO TRY TO HELP, I AM REQUIRED TO LIE TO YOU AND PRETEND THAT I CAN SEE WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT AND EVEN LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THAT OH, WELL IM CREDITING THAT RIGHT NOW,
      yeah, so, damn, im still not even getting started yet, this is still just the tip of the iceburg. so yeah, if you ask to speak to a comcast supervisor, on the phone, they say, oh ill transfer you to tmy sup, they transfer you to a differant department, to somone like me who is not a supervisor, you ask for my sup, ok ill get them for you, and guess what, if its not a problem with phone cable or interent, we transfer you rightttt back to comcast if we can. my sup will literally tell you, ( oh well let me get you to the right department,) and will just hit the transfer button and not even look at where they are transfering you,. why?? becasue it doesnt matter, most of the time we cant transfer to comcast.
      oh here is a good one, trying to get credits for your phone/cable/net services if you also have home security on your accnt, or even if you dont, you could just call in and say " hi, my name is john doe and im calling from HOME" as soon as they hear "home" they automatically transfer you to home security, reguardless of if you have it or not, you could say " hello my name is jane doe and i play a xylophone and..........." thats it, that letter X, as soon as they hear it, you get put on hold and transfered to me, where i cant help you, unless you want to add services, and even if you did want to add services, no one in my workplace has EVER EVER EVER EVEN been trained to enter phone/cable or internet into the billing systems at all, we wing it, and if it fucks your accnt up, guess what, oh well, and you can call comcast corperate alllll day long if you want, they dont have to be nice, ive hear comcast corperate tell ppl straght up
      PAY YOUR BILL OR PAY THE EARLY TERMINTATION FEE, I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, AND I DONT CARE HOW LONG YOUVE BEEN A CUSTOMER, YOU HAVE SERVICES FROM US IN YOUR HOME, SO YOU MUST PAY FROM THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE YOU, EVEN IF THEY WORK OR NOT, OR YOU CAN PAY THE ETF.       and get this, just the other day, a lday calling in, she told me ive been a comcast cust sinse 1997, never had a late payment, always up to date, but last week my husband was killed in a car wreck and i have to move to florda, i am moving to a place that doesnt have comcast i want to see if the etf can be waited sisne ive had you guys for so long, etf was 1,320 dollers, ... so i wrote a tickit and it come back the next day, the resolution was this ( REQUEST DENIED)

      same day, a lady calls in and says my husband is going to prison for 3 years, he got into some trouble big time with the police and we have only had the xh security for around 49 days, can we cancel with no etf? even though i know they wouldnt waive it, i still submitted a ticket and guessss what, the resolution is this (( REQUEST APPROVED, CREDIT ETF TO ACCNT)

      any way, getting back to it, lets say, you have phone/cable/internet. and home secutity, you have a quad play, the whole 9 yards, and you are being billed for a cable box you dont have, and you call in to comcast, they say " hello thanks for calling comcast how can i help you" you say" well im being billed for a box i dont have, and i want to lower my bill by getting put into a differant bundle and downgrading my cable service," they say ok, well lets get some info and pull ur accnt up, so you give them your info, and they get ur accnt pulled up, AS SOOOON AS THEY SEE HOME SECURITY, they will either (a) say give me one moment while i research the accnt please hold ( put you on hold) then secretly trasfer you to home security and i mean cold transfer ( cold transfer is where you transfer without giving the person you are transfering to ANY INFO AT ALL) or they'll straight up tell you, " OH, you see you have xfinity home security, so i cant look at ur bill, change your cable service or credit your accnt for any thing because you have home security on it, let me transfer you please hold," then they send you to me, and guessss what, i am PROHIBITED, ABSOLUTLY CANNNN NOTT CAN NOT > CREDIT, DISCONTINUE, REMOVE, DOWNGRADE, CACNEL ANY OF YOUR PHONE/CABLE/INTERNET SERVICES, i can only upgrade your accnt by at least raising your bill by $10.00. see, those comcast ppl, they get commission for sales, and getting you off the ohone in 350 seconds or less, and they make $18 an hour to lietally do one thing in one department, where as i , get paid 7.50 per hour, and i cant, transfer you, i cant, credit or fix your issues, and if it is a problem with home security, i might be a ble tyo help you, but get this, if its billing, comcast prohibits me from being able to see your billing statments or accnt ledger, so, i cant even see what i am suppossed to credit you for, its a rule of comcasts, that if you cant see what needs to be credited, then you DO NOT CREDIT IT, so i cant credit it, if i can see it, guess what, my log in that is provided by comcast to accsess the billing system and get into your accnt, only allows me to credit a total of $20.00 on your accnt, i have a $20.00 limit, and if i even try EVEN TRY TO SURPASS IT, it will either not allow me to do it giving me an error or completly boot me off your accnt and out of the system, or it can even disable my log in. there have been times where my log ins were disabled, they WILLLL NOT give you a new one, and even though i CANT EVEN GET INTO THE BILLING SYSTEMS TO SEE YOUR ACCNT, TO TRY TO HELP, I AM REQUIRED TO LIE TO YOU AND PRETEND THAT I CAN SEE WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT AND EVEN LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THAT OH, WELL IM CREDITING THAT RIGHT NOW,
      yeah, so, damn, im still not even getting started yet, this is still just the tip of the iceburg. so yeah, if you ask to speak to a comcast supervisor, on the phone, they say, oh ill transfer you to tmy sup, they transfer you to a differant department, to somone like me who is not a supervisor, you ask for my sup, ok ill get them for you, and guess what, if its not a problem with phone cable or interent, we transfer you rightttt back to comcast if we can. my sup will literally tell you, ( oh well let me get you to the right department,) and will just hit the transfer button and not even look at where they are transfering you,. why?? becasue it doesnt matter, most of the time we cant transfer to comcast.
      oh here is a good one, trying to get credits for your phone/cable/net services if you also have home security on your accnt, or even if you dont, you could just call in and say " hi, my name is john doe and im calling from HOME" as soon as they hear "home" they automatically transfer you to home security, reguardless of if you have it or not, you could say " hello my name is jane doe and i play a xylophone and..........." thats it, that letter X, as soon as they hear it, you get put on hold and transfered to me, where i cant help you, unless you want to add services, and even if you did want to add services, no one in my workplace has EVER EVER EVER EVEN been trained to enter phone/cable or internet into the billing systems at all, we wing it, and if it fucks your accnt up, guess what, oh well, and you can call comcast corperate alllll day long if you want, they dont have to be nice, ive hear comcast corperate tell ppl straght up

      same day, a lady calls in and says my husband is going to prison for 3 years, he got into some trouble big time with the police and we have only had the xh security for around 49 days, can we cancel with no etf? even though i know they wouldnt waive it, i still submitted a ticket and guessss what, the resolution is this (( REQUEST APPROVED, CREDIT ETF TO ACCNT)

  • I've been a loyal subscriber of COMCAST for years, paying them $200-$250 a month for equipment & services for 4 HD TV's, telephone, and internet services. Recently, a got a letter saying a COMCAST audit reflected I had a DVR, & they would begin charging me a monthly fee of about $18. I called COMCAST, & told them I didn't ask for DVR service to begin with, and at the time of installation, the technician said, the only box I have available to install is a DVR. The lady in receipt of my call said they would send me a box to return the DVR. I told her I didn't ask for the DVR to begin with, & @ 72 years of age & down with an with allergy illness, it wasn't my responsibility to do all they work. COMCAST can come get it. Then, she adds, "Oh, you have 2 DVR's." So days later, the COMCAST technician shows up with a replacement for 1 DVR, and COMCAST charges me $30 for his visit. I called COMCAST twice to complain, being assured a credit was given, & my recent bill included $30 overdue, & an $8 late fee. Go figure. I'm nearing the Hangover movie, "Toodaloo" stage.
