I’m frustrated

My DVR won't let me record two shows at the same time.

I'm trying to record two shows at once - when I select the second show for recording, the dvr alerts me that I can't record three shows at once and to cancel one. It then gives me an option of only two shows. I select one to cancel and check My DVR Scheduled Recordings. It says that I'm only recording one show. I go and try to select the second show again and it tells me I can't record three shows at once. Why is it giving me that error when I'm clearly only recording two shows and it shows that I'm only trying to record two shows. BTW...there are no overlaps...no programs are ending late and conflicting.

If it is saying you cannot record 3 shows at once, most likely there is a third show recording anywhere within the recording time. Many shows run slightly over to something like 10:01. This would impact shows recording that are starting at 10. This would be my thought based on my experience. If not this I would swap the box out for a new one. In the future there will be a section you can view to review where the conflicts were. That would be helpful.

You can email us at the address below and we can help in swapping out the box.
