On Demand I get Error Code SRM 8001
Put in (expanded basic) the DCH 70 box, 2 DTA's. All work fine, but when I try anything On Demand, after a bit, I get error SRM 8001. Called, they gave the box (it was off at the time) a wake up call, but still does nothing. Tried free movies, etc, same error. Also no screen (time/channel)showing on the box, but she said with my service, thats normal.
Everything works fine else wise, channels, etc. Any opinions? Thanks..
