On Demand SRM-20 Error

everytime i try to watch a movie on my ON DEMAND on my dvr, it comes up with the SRM-20 error, and i don't understand why and need help to get it fixed.

An SRM - 20 error is a problem at the head end (the place where the signal come from). Please email us and include your contact number and the phone number on the account. We will reach out to the field engineers to see what is up.

i have the same thing on demand when i watch spartacus blood and sand episode 11 and thats the only one that does it

RspSeNoResource (SRM-20)
The subscriber chose to start a VOD video. The SRM did not start the session because the required resources were not available.

One or more of the following conditions exists:
1) No bandwidth is available for the requested Nodegroup
2) All of the available VOD bandwidth available for the Nodegroup is being used.

I've had nothing but problems with Comcast's network over the last several months. HD channels become unavailable, especially during the weekend and then are available again. Increasing On Demand errors. I know it is on Comcast's end since when I can't get a HD channel I can download a HD On Demand program. Comcast consistently denies they are having network problems in the area. They are wrong or liars.

I have been losing HD channels on a regular basis since 10/6. Now it is getting worse. Comcast has no answer for me.

I was watching Alice in Wonderland on demand and paused the movie with 15 minutes left. Now all I get is the SRM-20 error when I try to restart it. I can't finish the damn movie.

try watching the movie not in HD if you tryed to watch it in hd.. we had the same issue and watched it out of hd and it worked

We have thé same message now, after an entité week-end without service and waiting for technicien to come. Now that is suposed to work i get this STM 20 message. And comcast offered showtime that is Still freaking blocked WTF.
