We found a nice software package for Chat/Ticketing and Tracking. Just wanted to share it with the CC folks. Price is $27/mo for all three. So far, their support has been great and the package seems to be pretty powerful. It is called LiveHelpNow. Just thought maybe some other people may get some benefit from it as well.

Hi Mark,
You get the code from LiveHelpNow. The software has been great. I actually saw you where just on our site. We can tell what you typed in to get to our site, your browser, OS, what pages you have been on and lots more. It also has a ticketing system, knowledge base and the USA based help is terrific. All for $21/mo. We have no affiliation with them and go NO kick backs. We just have found their software to be helpful.

Mark,
Thanks for the recommendation. LiveHelpNow (under services at CC) doesn't support Mac. Is the code pretty easy to install (header or footer I assume?)

Hi Mark,
I installed it in seconds. Their customer support was great too. Very helpful.
I have loved this software. Valuable tool and fun also. I see who is on our site, what keywords brought them there. I can see what pages they have been too and are currently on. They can take a survey after the chat. It even has a cool ticketing/customer service system too. Good luck. Let me know if I can help.

I found one that is for free. No monthly bills for me. It's http://www.providechat.com/pricing.php for me, i only need 1 operator since i do not have any overhead. So that's why it's free for me.

I was not happy with the chat4 so On your recomendation i tried provide chat and wow. This is so easy you cant not have it. It is all browser based so nothing to download. A short code to paste into a sidebar widget and your done. It takes under 5 min. to set up and learn. one user is free and a minimal fee if you need more. I love it. (I am not affilliated with nor do i recieve anything from provide chat. Just a CC user letting you know my opinion)

Does anyone have any experience with "ProvideSupport" and how this stacks up with the other capabilities?

I have been using it for about a month now. I use the free version which allows customers to contact you. (1 operator). I am considering upgrading to basic for 10.00 a month which will allow me to contact the customer who is on my site. I havent found any others for this price.

Okay, I used ProvideChat and liked it. BUT no support and you can not upgrade to a paid version for options. Makes me think its just sitting there with no one minding the store.
Anyway I have researched about a dozen chat providers and came up with one I love. ProvideSupport.com is very reasonable in price and you get a 45% discount if you pay yearly instead of monthly which makes them one of the cheapest out there. User interface is very easy to use and just about everything can be customized with your logo's. I would definitely give them a look.
